CKJ5-630、1000、1250交流真空接触器

一、主要技术参数

1.本接触器分为下列型式:

(1)出线方式:板前;(2)主回路极数:三极、单极;(3)控制回路方式:双线圈型式、直流磁系统、交流控制电源,通过整流桥供给线圈。(4)辅

助触头分三常开、三常闭。(5)真空灭弧室外壳,为陶瓷结构。

2.本接触器额定数据如下:

(1)额定工作电压1140伏;(2)额定工作电流:630安、600安;(3)控制回路额定电压:交流220伏。

3.主触头参数如表1

system, AC control power supply, supply coil through rectifier bridge. (4) auxiliaryThe auxiliary contacts are divided into three regular open and 

three regular closed. (5) The shell of vacuum interrupter is of ceramic structure.

2. The rated data of this contactor are as follows:

(1) rated working voltage 1140 volts; (2) rated working current: 630 amperes, 600 amperes; (3) rated control circuit voltage: 220 volts AC.

4.本接触器主要用于下列工作制:

(1)间断长期 工作制 (2)反复短时工作(额定通电持续率为40%)

5.接触器去主回路的绝缘强度应承受交流50赫4200伏试验电压(有效值),控制回路应承受交流50赫2000伏试验电压(有效值),历为1分钟而无击穿

或闪络现象。

6.接触器的绝缘,经7个周期的耐潮试验后,主回路的绝缘电阻不应小于2.5兆欧,控制回路的绝缘电阻不应小于1.5兆欧。

7.接触器主回路的电气间隙为14毫米,爬电距离为20毫米;控制回路的电气间隙为3毫米,爬电距离为4毫米。

8.接通主回路的接通与通断能力为通断5000安、25次、接通6300安、100次。

9.接触器极限分断能力为6300安、3次。

(1) Intermittent long-term working system (2) Repeated short-term work (rated power-on duration rate is 40%)

5. The insulation strength of contactor main circuit should withstand AC 50 Hz 4200 V test voltage (RMS), and the control circuit should withstand AC 50 Hz 2000 V test 

voltage (RMS), which lasts for one minute without breakdown.Or flashover.

6. The insulation of contactor should not be less than 2.5 mega-ohms for the main circuit andless than 1.5 mega-ohms for the control circuit after 7 cycles of moisture 

resistance test.

7. The electrical clearance of the main circuit of the contactor is 14 mm and the creepage distance is 20 mm. The electrical clearance of the control circuit is 3 mm and 

the creepage distance is 4 mm.

8. The capacity of connecting main circuit is 5000 amperes, 25 amperes, 6300 amperes and 100 amperes.

9. The ultimate breaking capacity of the contactor is 6300 amperes and 3 times.
